Wong will be remaining in the NL Central after spending the past eight seasons with the Cardinals, where he became a mainstay at second base known for his highlight-reel defensive plays. He also slashed .261/.333/.384 with St. Louis with a 94 OPS+. He finished third in the Rookie of the Year vote in 2014.
