Bass, 33, spent the 2020 season with the Blue Jays, leading the club with seven saves and posting a 3.51 ERA with a 1.01 WHIP and 21 strikeouts in 25 2/3 innings.

A veteran of nine MLB seasons, Bass pitched for the Padres, Astros, Rangers, Cubs and Mariners before Toronto selected him off waivers from Seattle in October 2019.
